Hello everyone! For this week’s inspiration I prepared decorative basket with Daffodils. I create this basket with Delightful Daffodil and Decorative Gateway Collections.
Home decor measures – 5” inches by 7” inches by 1 1/2” inches.
Instructions: To create a decoration base – cut out a 7 7/8” x 4 1/2” piece of HCPP1-438-2 White Card and score it at 1 1/2” from every side. Fold using a bone folder along the score lines ,cut out the flaps using scissors and assemble. Cut out two 5 7/8” x 1” pieces, place them long side up at the scoring board, fold each of them at 1/2” from both ends, then adhere them inside the base. Cut out two 1 1/2” x 4 7/8” pieces of HCDP1-2124 Delightful Daffodil Paper Collection and adhere them on the front and back of the base. Using HCD2-7337 Teardrop Lattice Gateway Die cut two elements of HCPP1-438-2 White Card and two elements of HCG P1-488 Luxe Gold Cardstock, stack and adhere white decorative element to gold decorative element, then adhere final pieces on the front and back of the base and cut out the excess pieces
Stamp the daffodil images of HCPC-3943 Delightful Daffodil & Butterfly Cling Stamp Set on HCPP1-475 Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with TSMP708 Memento Dye Ink Pad – Olive Grove, then colour the image with Memento Dye Ink Pads – Bamboo leaves and Dandelion using 282873 Tombow Dual Brush Maker N00 Blender and HCDA1-449 daubers. Die cut the image with matching HCD1-7341 Delightful Daffodil & Butterfly Die and adhere them inside the decoration as shown.
Stamp the daffodil cluster images of HCPC-3945 Delightful Daffodil Spray Cling Stamp Set on HCPP1-475 Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with TSMP708 Memento Dye Ink Pad – Olive Grove, then colour the image with Memento Dye Ink Pads – Bamboo leave,Dandelion and Rose Bud using 282873 Tombow Dual Brush Maker N00 Blender and HCDA1-449 daubers. Die cut the image with matching HCD1-7343 Delightful Daffodil Spray Die and adhere them on the front and back of the decoration as shown.
Stamp the Calla Lily leaves of HCPC-3897 Calla Lily CLing Stamp Set on HCPP1-475 Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with TSMP708 Memento Dye Ink Pad – Olive Grove, then colour the image with Memento Dye Ink Pad – Bamboo leave using HCDA1-449 daubers. Die cut the image with matching HCD1-7275 Calla Lily Die, shape them using HCST1-401 Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and adhere them on the back of the decoration as shown.
As a final touch, apply 3-D Crystal Lacquer 4 oz. 3D1844 and glitter on selected leaves and flowers and leave it to dry completely. Connect the top of the decoration using a hot glue gun and decorate it with two bows.
