Hello again! For this week’s inspiration I prepared two projects – this is second one. I create this card using Countryside Cottage Collection, Teardrop Lattice Gateway Die HCD2-7337, Lattice Flourish Gateway Die HCD2-7338 and I decorate it with classic rose flower.
Instructions: Card measures – 5” inches by 7” inches. To create a card base – cut out one of the flaps of HCCB1-455 5″ x 7″ Gateway Fold Card – White using guillotine. Die cut large shape from HCD2-7337 Teardrop Lattice Gateway Die, distress it with TSMP708 Memento Dye Ink Pad – Olive Grove and adhere it on the card front. Die cut 3 white frames from HCPP1-438-2 White Card and 1 gold frame from HCGP1-488 Luxe Gold Cardstock using HCD2-7337 Teardrop Lattice Gateway Die, then stack and adhere them together using Designer Dries Clear Adhesive with metal tip and then using 3D foam strips. Die cut decorative element from HCPP1-438-2 White Card using Heart of HCD1-7256 Joy Decorative Die, then adhere it to the back of the gate frame. Adhere final piece to the card front using 3D foam strips.
Stamp the leaves from HCPC-3939 Cottage Tree ‘scapes Cling Stamp Set on HCPP1-475 Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with TSMP708 Memento Dye Ink Pad – Olive Grove, then colour the images with Memento Dye Ink Pad – Bamboo leaves using 282873 Tombow Dual Brush Maker N00 Blender. Die cut the images with matching HCD1-7333 Cottage Tree ‘scapes Die and adhere it to the card front using both Designer Dries Clear Adhesive and 3D foam to create a more dimensional look. Stamp the flower pots and grass from HCPC-3940 Cottage Summer ‘scapes Cling Stamp Set on HCPP1-475 Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with TSMP708 Memento Dye Ink Pad – Olive Grove, then colour the images with Memento Dye Ink Pads – Bamboo leave, Rose Bud and Rich Cocoa using 282873 Tombow Dual Brush Maker N00 Blender. To colour the grass, use Memento Dye Ink Pads – Bamboo leaves. To colour the flowers pods use: Memento Dye Ink Pad – Rich Cocoa (pods), Memento Dye Ink Pad – Bamboo leaves (leaves) and Memento Dye Ink Pads – Rose Bud (flowers). Die cut all images with matching HCD1-7334 Cottage Summer ‘scapes Die and adhere them to the card front using both Designer Dries Clear Adhesive and 3D foam to create a more dimensional look.
Die cut sentiment from HCGP1-488 Luxe Gold Cardstock using HCD2-7338 Lattice Flourish Gateway Die and adhere it on the center of the card using Designer Dries Clear Adhesive with Metal tip.
Stamp the flower images from HCPC-3752 Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set on HCPP1-475 Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with TSMP708 Memento Dye Ink Pad – Lilac Posies, then colour the image with Memento Dye Ink Pads – Rose Bud using Daubers. Die cut the images with matching HCD1-7110 Classic Rose Die, then place them in the HCFB1-462 3D Rose Shaping Mold, spray them with water and run them through a die cutting machine. Assemble Rose flowers using a hot glue gun, then adhere flower to the card and fill in the composition with leaves.
As a final touch apply 3-D Crystal Lacquer 4 oz 3D1844 on selected leaves. and flower petals
